The elegant flash of silver was all most saw of Navajo. The female Trinket saw shy to a fault, only really opening up to Lunasa and F'lar. She smiled at the thought of the gold Trinket who had stolen her heart many years ago. Navajo was quite certain she had his, as well. Two Trinkets more in love you could not find, that's what Lunasa had said. She paused, looking around. Who was meeting her here? She knew quite well what the Sacred Caverns were for and just hoped Lunasa hadn't done anything rash. She could only wait and see. Spotting a secluded niche, she went over and stepped in. In the warm darkness of her hiding spot, Navajo began to relax. Curling up, she waited and hoped. It had better be you, F'lar

Shoot! He had almost forgotten to come here. He hoped that Navajo wasn't mad. Or scared. The silver female rarely left Yia Verin, preferring to stay home and write poetry. A small bag thumped against his chest as he loped in. The dark velvet stood against his glittering gold. After a moment, his eyes adjusted from running outside but he did not see Navajo. Where could she have gone? She was not one for exploring and such. He swiveled his ears, listening for Navajo. Then, he heard the soft breathing of his mate and stepped into the alcove. F'lar sat down, just looking at her. She was most beautiful, in his eyes. None could match her in his mind. He carefully tugged the velvet bag from his collar and set it down next to her. He she would like it. Navajo? He barely above whisper, worried she might get startled.

Navajo shifted as she felt someone else come into the alcove. Who was it? Then she heard F'lar's voice. Her ears shot up at that and she looked up. The gold Trinket was indeed sitting there, smiling down at her. She stood, pressing her nose gently against his. Hello, love. She purred deep in her throat, happy that it was F'lar was the one that had come. Besides, she had always wanted kits with him. She didn't know what would happen if it wasn't F'lar that had come. Then she felt something soft brush against her leg. F'lar, what's this? She bent down and picked it up in her jaws. She looked questioningly at F'lar, wondering what he had gotten her. Knowing him, he had probably made it.

F'lar purred as Navajo pressed her nose against his. Hello back, dear one. He shifted over so he sat by her side. He was so happy that he was here with her. And to think they were going to have kits! His heart could not be filled with more happiness. F'lar qirked a wry smile, it seems that Navajo's poetry was rubbing off on him.
F'lar's golden skin gained the slightest tinge red at the mention of his gift. Was he blushing? He coughed lightly, looking down at the floor. Why don't you open it and find out? He hoped that she would like it, he hadn worked so hard oin making it perfect.

Navajo glanced at F'lar, noticing his blush. He was so cute when he did that. Carefully grasping the draw stings in her mouth she tugged. A scroll fell out, an red orange ribbon keeping it tied shut. She undid the bow and gasped. Her pride and joy was laid out before her. The ballad she had been writing for nigh on two years had been done in pain staking calligraphy. Lovely pictures danced around the edge done in the most vibrant colors. The illustrations looked alive, moving around the edge. She looked back at F'lar, tears shimmering in her eyes. Thank you. You know how much this means to me. She reverently placed a paw on the vellum, happiness welling up inside her.
