Trinkets might be living statues, but they can breed. Trinkets produce litters of one to five kittens. The season determines how many kits that your Trinket might have. There are sacred gem caverns where they meet to breed. Some caverns are more lavishly decorated, while others are very sparse in decor. Unlike Evelon, spots in the caverns are on a post-as-you-will basis; however, because of this, there are different post requirements for different types of breedings:
The reason the post requirement for God/Fallen God is so high is because they scorn each other and need far more time to bond.
You must indicate in the title what thype of breeding it is. For example: "Náriel x Relien [Fallen God/Mortal]" or "Alassëa x Neurion [Mortal/Mortal]". Kits take up to eight days to appear and a varied time to grow; depending on what kind of a breeding it was. Once they reach the adolescent stage, they grow through leveling.
Crests
Crests will not appear until the adult stage. Children of Gods and Fallen Gods will pass on random Crests. Mortal and Demigod children will inherit one of their parent's Crests.
Coloration
Trinkets will inherit their parents' coloration, so either the mother's body color or the father's body color; same with Gemstone/Eyes and Crests colors. There is a rare chance, however, that Gemstone Trinkets will have their body and eye/gem colors switched. For example:
That Trinket, who has a Translucent Opal body and Amethyst gems, could give birth to a kit that has an Amethyst body and Translucent Opal eyes:
Current Season: Summer
Thankfully for the little kitling darlings, the caverns in which they are born in are rather cool, but it is not recommended that they leave the caverns before they grow, as the heat can be fatal to them. Most Trinkets will have litters of 3 kits.
[[Other season's info will be recorded as the seasons pass. d=]]
Spring
The snows are melting, the flowers are sprouting again... Spring has sprung, and that usually means anywhere from two to four kittens on average. Some Trinkets are lucky enough to have five kits this season!
